An initial audit was carried out by an integrated team taking into account the various data sources, campaign reports and user tests on the former platforms.

We were then able to gather all the necessary suggestions for the development of a sustainable digital strategy, integrating the creation of a new website, campaigns and brand content linked to the school.

A priority during the design phase was to highlight the unique world that is CREA through the website's artistic direction, taking into account relevant "best practices" to optimise the user experience.

Transmitting the right messages, in the right place at the right time, through campaigns with optimised landing pages, has allowed for a huge decrease in cost per lead, and an increase in registrations.

Acquisition is the website's main aim:

- Bringing to the fore the concept of performance vs notoriety.
- Moving from an expansion strategy to a retargeting strategy.

Thanks to the establishment of this new website, we were able to increase the conversion rate by more than 55%, the visit duration by more than 900%, and decrease the bounce rate during the acquisition process by 74% from desktops and 65% from mobile phones.

The new Hello Bank! website is just the first digital brick in the new Hello world. The Netway analysis is based on neurotests that are carried out on a user panel corresponding with different personas.

An A/B test was therefore set up to simultaneously compare 2 flows (old version vs new version) and tangibly confirm, through Adobe Analytics, whether or not the desired results in terms of business objectives were genuine.

Digital commercialisation of check-ups, stem cells, spa programmes, cosmeceuticals, cosmetic surgery and cosmetic medicine represents one of the brand's desires as it targets niche markets in Switzerland and abroad.

We therefore recommended background work on the organisation of the products and services, before diving into the restructuring of the e-commerce and digital strategy.

The entire creation of the new e-commerce and online marketing campaigns consisted of significant background work in terms of optimisation of the acquisition flow.

A complete reorganisation, with regard to targets, messages, audiences and SEA scenarios, Facebook Ads, GDN, etc., was conducted alongside the creation of the new online sales platform in WordPress, linked to CRM. Landing pages are now optimised for users which will boost sales.

A significant panel of digital platforms had been activated according to subject and requirement. It made it difficult for users to understand, as they passed constantly from one world to another.

The aim was to come up with a functional reorganisation of 6 internet sites to form a single one. The idea was to integrate qualification-based training, classes, the shop, blog and pro area.

An e-commerce based on simplicity, performance, business efficiency and CRM connectivity was therefore put into place with a responsive design.

An initial analysis phase and wireframes enabled the development of a web design positioning that corresponds with the brand and its users. Usability and navigation now allow for a better online experience as demonstrated by analytics and an increase in conversions.

The development of Swiss Ambulance Rescue as a new brand materialised due to the merging of two ambulance companies in Geneva. A new identity to serve the Swiss population with an additional aim to attract new health professionals.

The strategic approach recommending certain digital channels identified an artistic direction early on: the ambulance profession seen by the paramedics.

In order to portray the new image of the company at its best, we carried out a photo shoot and produced a video of the paramedics, based on a previously defined mood board by the art direction team.

We then developed a website with a responsive design aimed at promoting the profession and its values, particularly in the eyes of future colleagues and students.

Hyper's objective is to make hidden search activity visible. More than 80% of executive searches are unpublished. Just a few profiles represent the tip of the iceberg.

This start-up needed to build a global digital strategy in order to drive targeted traffic towards its website. An acquisition strategy related to media selection was recommended to increase online conversions, and obtain ever more users.

We started out by creating an advertising mood board to choose the global brand concept. Then, various workshops were used to define targets, countries, audiences and media budget to set up campaigns with targeted copy.

The development of mass tagging through Google Tag Manager helped us track specific data. A test and learn process was defined with a weekly follow-up, to optimize continuous website funnel and ads.

Jérémy Poret is a respected figure in the field of motor and aquatic sports. Nevertheless, it is difficult to establish a true sponsorship strategy with this sport being overlooked by the media.

Our work was divided into 2 main areas: the creation of brand content with a production team dedicated to following the athlete, and the media activation of this content to seduce brands via ""ready to use"" supports in terms of product placement.

The creation of a complete visual identity aimed at constructing a brand around the pilot has totally changed the sponsors' approach with a pro team.

Harley-Davidson wants to diversify its range and address a different public with a certain sensitivity to vintage motorcycles. Young people and women are potentially interested in two wheels that are lighter, more manageable and more affordable, without compromising on style.

We therefore decided to use storytelling and media mechanics adapted to desired targets with a "drive to store" logic.

Sushitime wanted to improve the performance of its online shop and, in particular, increase sales. Solutions needed to be found in order to put in place an effective acquisition and customer loyalty strategy in a competitive market.

In short, reworking the platform's user experience by rethinking it in terms of "mobile first", as well as an online media mix to increase conversions.

For this project, we based our initial considerations on design and usability, in order to improve the "end to end" customer journey, especially via mobile devices in view of analytics.

The overall development of the e-commerce website integrated the technical implementation of iKentoo's API, to put in place a unique online and offline order management system. Productivity gains and a ROI at all levels.
